Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Mercury Search and Selection. This is a lucrative opportunity for a sales leader looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales team and developing new business opportunities in the labels industry. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new markets, as well as manage full sales cycles and build relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have current experience developing new business within the labels industry and proven sales leadership experience. They will also have first-class knowledge of developing and implementing strategies for new contractual business and profitable sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
