Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus commission up to £60,000

Hours: 44 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales success with Lookers at Chester Vauxhall and Kia. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in coaching and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Our Business Managers are responsible for identifying and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and forecast trends, and develop long-lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Coach and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and forecast trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have previous management experience in the automotive industry, a proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations, and be able to identify and address shortfalls in sales performance.
