**Role**
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client services team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive exceptional ROI for our clients. You will have worked in a similar role for at least 3-4 years and have B2B experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering annual strategic marketing plans for 2-3 clients
- Building and establishing new relationships with clients and internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and meet revenue targets
- Developing engaging briefs for the creative team
- Monitoring quality and deadlines

**Requirements & Skills**
- Confidence in approach with customers and the creative team
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
