As an HR Manager at Succeed Recruitment Solutions, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute organizational initiatives, manage employee relations casework, and oversee data protection and health & safety across the organization.

Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage employee relations, including dispute resolutions, flexible working, and absence management
• Recruit and hire top talent through effective sourcing and interviewing processes
• Collaborate with line managers to advise on policies, procedures, and performance management
• Stay up-to-date with employment law and legislation to ensure compliance and minimize risk

Requirements
• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
