Job Overview

Divurgent is seeking a seasoned HR Project Manager to oversee HR-related projects, drive alignment across all HR disciplines, and ensure smooth progress and timely execution. As a member of our HR team, you will work closely with the Head of HR, bringing project management expertise to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various HR disciplines. Key responsibilities include leveraging data analysis to monitor project progress, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. You will also develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of HR initiatives, prepare data-driven reports and dashboards on key initiatives, and lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion.
