Divurgent is seeking an HR Operations Manager - Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data analysis to monitor project progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Head of HR and senior leadership.

You will utilize data to enhance decision-making processes for HR projects, including resource allocation and prioritization. You will also develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of HR initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, bonus based on performance, and company pension scheme.

The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data from various HR systems. They will also have experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and reports.
