Salary Details

The salary for this position starts at £13 per hour, with an increased rate of £13.50 on weekends. You will also receive holiday pay and be eligible for our pension scheme.

Job Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care to our clients, including hands-on support and companionship. This role offers a chance to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults, and we provide comprehensive training and the opportunity to shadow experienced carers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Build strong relationships with clients through engaging conversations and empathy
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
