We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hirebridge. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Human Resources departments by ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes and handling sensitive, confidential, and strategic information.

Job Description
  • E-Verify Program Administration: Validate employees through the E-Verify program and address expired work authorizations or tentative non-confirmations.
  • HR Support: Provide timely responses to HR-related calls, emails, and correspondence, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prioritize and manage incoming materials, prepare reports, and maintain confidential HR-related information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring necessary resources and hospitality services.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper filing of correspondence.
  • Project Support: Assist in various HR projects as required.

The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Benefits and Compensation

Hirebridge offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that allows you to choose what suits you and your family.
