Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide generalist HR administrative support to the People Team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our HR database/system.
  • Effectively manage the HR mailbox, ensuring colleague queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Process new starter onboarding paperwork, including employment contracts and uploading new starters to the HR System.
  • Process employment contract changes and leavers accurately.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports.
  • Provide 1st level HR advice to line managers.
  • Set up eLearning for new starters.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable HR administration experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in HR & Payroll systems/databases is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills, both telephone and email.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and good literacy/numeracy skills.
  • Experience in working to service targets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow process and procedures.
