Payroll & Benefits Advisor
- Permanent - Daresbury

- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to queries related to benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll and benefits related regulations.
- Coordinate with the HR department for new hires, terminations, and employee updates.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reports.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and provide payroll-related support to employees.
- Work with payroll vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Payroll & Benefits Advisor should have:

- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
