- Process accurate and timely payroll, including deductions and taxes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrolment.
- Ensure compliance with tax and labour regulations.
- Maintain precise employee records for compensation and benefits.
- Address and resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Generate reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Reconcile payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and update payroll and benefits software systems.
- Provide employees with information about compensation and benefits.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Responsibilities of which include:
- Proficient in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of tax and labour regulations.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data management.
- Excellent communication skills for addressing employee inquiries.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems.
- Analytically minded for problem-solving and reconciliation.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ethical and discreet in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and processes.
- Prior experience in payroll, benefits, or related HR roles.
