The Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Human Resources department.
- Update and maintain HR databases with employee record changes.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
