Duties of the HR Administrator:
- Prepare all HR documentation
- Ensure all systems are in place for employee lifecycle events
- Manage employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Help in managing employee benefits and compensation programmes.
- Assist in employee performance management processes.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Produce ad hoc reports using HR systems
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
