Administrative HR Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Professional to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to HR operations within a values-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sites across the region, offering a mix of HR administrative tasks and advisory responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations by providing comprehensive administrative assistance, maintaining accurate employee records and processing data efficiently.
- Manage recruitment processes from advertising roles to onboarding new staff members.
- Implement and manage HR systems to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Monitor and assist with pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS clearance and reference collection.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and performance tracking.
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration and familiarity with HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of employment law and safer recruitment practices is advantageous.
The estimated salary for this role is up to £30,060 per annum.
