About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. As an HR Administrative Coordinator, you will provide support to our HR department by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Employee Setup: You will be responsible for issuing new starter packs and contracts of employment, setting up new employees on HR systems, and highlighting medical conditions to Site Management.
  • Leaver Management: You will record leavers and their reasons for leaving, process transfers, and issue resignation acknowledgement letters and contract amendments.
  • Absence and Sickness: You will log sickness and excessive periods of sickness, and apply for funding as needed.
  • Training Records: You will add training records and file personnel documentation electronically.
  • Purchase Orders: You will raise purchase orders and issue information as required.
  • Reference Requests: You will respond to reference requests in a timely and professional manner.
