Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and confident individual to support the day-to-day running of our contracting business. The role will cover administration and reception duties for up to 5 working days per week.
The Role:This is an office-based position located in Wilmslow, covering a dual role that includes administrative and reception tasks. The successful candidate will have experience within an administration/coordinator role and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- General administrative duties including record keeping, answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries, data input and appointment making.
- Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
- Note taking for meetings.
- Reporting, monitoring and evaluation of documents.
- Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone.
- Wellbeing support.
- Front of House: Management and organisation of the Wilmslow reception. Greeting staff, clients and delegates into the office ensuring that they follow the sign in process and are aware of health and safety protocols.
- Facility maintenance: Support the facilities manager with any office maintenance requirements e.g. fire alarm testing, pat testing etc.
- Training & Meeting Room Bookings: Ensure smooth operation of training and meeting rooms.
- Proven administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of computer systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
