**A Flavour for the Job**
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all recruitment activities and HR Operations Team.
This role will ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes and provide some administrative support to the HR team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job adverts.
- Post job vacancies on various job boards and the company website.
- Work with the people managers across the company to strengthen their recruitment capability through coaching and feedback.
**HR Coordination**:
- Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
**Administration**:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific employment law requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**A Bit About You**
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment channel
