**About The Role**:
**Role Overview**

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator role is crucial in providing 360° HR administration support to the wider People team, HR Business Partner, and various departments across the business.

Key responsibilities will involve processing starters, leavers and actioning employee changes, recording and monitoring maternity/paternity leave requests, supporting with managing absence processes, performance management and disciplinary and grievances.

With three core work streams and by understanding each unique needs of each department and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, this role is significant with driving employee engagement, fostering and advocating for a positive work culture and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You’ll be part of a broader dynamic People team, comprised of Recruitment BP’s, L&D BP’s and Payroll. With this robust structure, the successful post holder will benefit from readily available support and can tap into a wealth of varied skill sets, knowledge and experience, overall contributing to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HRIS system (Cascade) regularly, with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist the HR Business Partner with resolving employee relations issues, preparing and distributing HR related correspondence
- Support with effective digital onboarding processes for our new joiners, administer leaver processes and action employee change requests
- Process maternity/paternity leave requests and support with Occupational Health requests
- Deliver an effective administration service to the Payroll, Recruitment and L&D Business Partners
- Develop superuser capability in relation to the HRIS system to leverage effective use with focus on data, HR process, general system housekeeping and HR reporting capabilities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Generate and distribute tangible HR reports/analytics such as attendance/absenteeism/turnover
- Stay informed with employment law changes and regulations Contribute to broader HR initiatives and HR projects to support with delivering on the wider HR strategy and successful continuous improvements objectives

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within an agile environment.
