Sales Director for Inside Growth

Main Responsibilities:

- Set clear goals and direction for the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing an internal sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of signing SME clients and consistently exceeding quota.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot/Microsoft Dynamics.
