About the Role:

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through inside sales.
  • Coach and empower your team to deliver exceptional results and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop partnerships with major e-commerce platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business value.
  • Set clear goals and direction for the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing an internal sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of signing SME clients and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot/Microsoft Dynamics.
