Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team as a Neighborhood Growth Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in a designated neighborhood, leveraging strong customer relationships and understanding the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand target audience and opportunities in the neighborhood
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and community through face-to-face meetings and selling
  • Onboard new customers effectively and track activity using Salesforce
  • Work closely with distribution partner/driver to create a strong team for the community
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and meet targets
  • Monitor competitor and independent market activity around the neighborhood to offer the best solutions and insights
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive sales growth in a specific geographic area. As a Sales Consultant, you will have the ability to work independently and manage your own territory, while also being part of a larger team.

Requirements
  • Commercially astute and technically proficient in Excel
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a field-based environment
  • Passion for sales and ability to motivate others
  • Familiarity with the food industry or related field is desirable but not essential
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £39,000 per annum, with fantastic bonus potential, a home/field-based contract, company car, additional holiday purchase options, and award-winning products at virtually cost price.
