Inside Sales Consultant

We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will engage prospects through various channels, including phone and email, to build relationships and generate interest in our products and services.
Main Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities using various methods, including warm emails, cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic campaigns.
- Evaluate potential customers to determine their needs, budgets, and fit with our client's offerings.
- Convert qualified leads into new customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing their concerns.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and make recommendations for optimisation.
- Fluency in German is required if based in the UK. Additional European languages would be a plus. If based in Italy, the language requirements will be fluency in Italian, German, and English.
- 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting, with a strong focus on phone and internet-based sales.
- Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry or a technical background is preferred.
- The ability to work in the UK (if based in UK) or EU (if based in Italy).
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and health insurance.
