About the Job

This role involves driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will engage prospects through various channels, including phone and email, to build relationships and generate interest in our products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Prospect for new business opportunities using various methods, including warm emails, cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential customers to determine their needs, budgets, and fit with our client's offerings.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into new customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing their concerns.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and make recommendations for optimisation.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is required if based in the UK. Additional European languages would be a plus. If based in Italy, the language requirements will be fluency in Italian, German, and English.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting, with a strong focus on phone and internet-based sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry or a technical background is preferred.
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK (if based in UK) or EU (if based in Italy).
