Senior Sales Organisation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our internal sales team at one of the UK's leading packaging companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Building, leading, and growing the inside sales organisation to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Managing and coaching a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results.
- Implementing effective training programmes to enhance sales skills and processes.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating with the board to develop strategic partnerships.
- Developing long-term relationships with key accounts and delivering scalable client-focused sales solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams. They will be passionate about helping their team achieve individual and collective success, while driving business growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Reporting Requirements:
- Providing regular pipeline and performance updates to management.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and build leads pipelines.
- Developing strategies to increase sales velocity and efficiency.
