UK Sales and Services Lead

About the Role:
XCMG UK SALES AND SERVICES LIMITED is a subsidiary of XCMG Group. As the UK Sales and Services Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies for Crane Products such as Mobile Crane, Crawler Crane, and Harbor Crane.
About Us:We are a young and international team looking forward to your support. Our brand new subsidiary is focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team and developing sales strategies for Crane Products.
- Managing relationships with dealers and key accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You have extensive relevant experience and wide contacts in the UK & Ireland.
- You have a Crane technical background, particularly in Mobile Crane products.
- You are able to develop a sales network from scratch.
- Manufacturer working experience is preferred.
Benefits:
Holiday: 20 days + 8 bank holidays. Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
Estimated Salary: £85,000 per annum based on industry standards.
