Dynamic Sales Growth Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Sales Growth Lead to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a key member of our commercial strategy and planning department, you will play a crucial role in driving margin accretive revenue growth for our iconic brand.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth Strategies: Identify and discuss revenue growth opportunities through diagnostic analysis and create plans for implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Metrics Development: Create metrics for success, track, monitor, and guide against these metrics, developing mitigation plans as needed.
- Mix Management: Develop strategies to improve mix management and deliver growth in higher profitable customers and segments.
- NPD Execution: Coordinate tools to deliver new product development (NPD) execution excellence, including launch timings, price and promotional strategy, ranging, merchandising, pack strategies, and company-wide or customer-specific consumer price index (CPI) coordination.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in a blue-chip FMCG environment in customer marketing/category/FMCG or equivalent.
- Significant experience with a strong record of success in delivering revenue growth strategies and their implementation.
