Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to lead our retail operations in John Lewis High Wycombe. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop business initiatives in line with our brand vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an energetic and passionate team dedicated to creating experiences with our clients.
  • Liaise with field and head office functions to contribute to the brand's image and leadership in the market.

  • Built CHANEL's portfolio of clients through data capture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of the CHANEL brand and be able to share it with clients and the team. They will also have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide the team towards achieving results and developing individual talents.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private medical insurance, online GP app, cycle scheme participation, pension, life assurance, retail discounts, arts & culture ticket discounts, and CHANEL product discounts.
