About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at InHealth Group. As a Patient Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure.
  • Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
  • Book clinically validated appointments on the internal system.
  • Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day.
  • Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
  • Assist with monthly reports.
  • Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
  • Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
Requirements
  • Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
  • A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
