As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients throughout their healthcare experience. You will deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of our unit, utilizing IT systems and digital tools to keep patients informed during their journey and assisting colleagues in the imaging services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner, managing their experience from arrival to departure.
  • Handle telephone and direct inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring accurate information is provided and queries are prioritized appropriately.
  • Schedule clinically validated appointments using the internal system.
  • Ensure all payments are invoiced accurately and collected on the day of service.
  • Track and distribute imaging data and reports as needed.
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Comply with ISO standards while respecting and protecting patient confidentiality.
  • Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a patient and customer-focused approach to contribute to the commercial success of the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet site requirements.
  • Proficient understanding of IT applications and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • A reliable, supportive, and trustworthy work ethic.
  • An empathetic and caring demeanor.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Background in a patient or customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and other IT applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team.
