As a successful Patient Care Coordinator, you should possess prior administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
A customer-centric approach is essential, as you will represent the facility; managing the reception area on a rotational basis.
In this position, you will facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals – scheduling appointments and assisting the clinical team.
You should be capable of conveying sensitive information in a clear, compassionate, and easily comprehensible manner.
