Patient Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at InHealth Group. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Patient Flow: Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure.
- Manage Enquiries: Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
- Book Appointments: Book clinically validated appointments on the internal system.
- Process Payments: Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day.
- Track and Distribute Data: Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
- Utilize IT Systems: Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
- Assist with Reporting: Assist with monthly reports.
- Comply with Standards: Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
- Report Incidents: Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
- Flexibility: Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
- IT Proficiency: A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks.
- Task Prioritization: The ability to prioritize tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Effective communication skills, both on the phone and face to face.
- Confidentiality: A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
