Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure.
- Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
- Book clinically validated appointments on the internal system.
- Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day.
- Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
- Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
- Assist with monthly reports.
- Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
- Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
- Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
