The Patient Access department is seeking a motivated individual with outstanding communication and organizational abilities to become a vital member of our welcoming and supportive team of receptionists. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-standard reception service for patients visiting the outpatient clinics. This includes managing patient attendance records and coordinating follow-up appointments across various specialties in accordance with the hospital's Access Policy. Additionally, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks within the Patient Access team.
