We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children aged 3 and 4 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Coordinate group activities for a multi-activity day camp, ensuring the well-being of the children under your care.
  • Organize engaging games, assist with various activities, and work closely with Group Leaders to ensure a seamless experience for the children.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and is able to work independently. You will need to possess a Level 2 qualification in Childcare and be aware of safeguarding children. Previous camp experience and paediatric first aid qualifications are desirable but not essential.
