About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at InHealth Group. As a Patient Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Flow: Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure.
  • Manage Enquiries: Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
  • Appointment Booking: Book clinically validated appointments on our internal system.
  • Financial Management: Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day.
  • Data Management: Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
  • IT Support: Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
  • Reporting: Assist with monthly reports.
  • Compliance: Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
Requirements

  • IT Skills: A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks.
