Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating flights, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of our aviation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight Coordination: Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and coordinate flights accordingly, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate flight schedules and updates to clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and escalate situations that require attention from the commercial team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Aviation Management or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of the aviation industry and customer service operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
