Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary limits.

  • Manage site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to guarantee high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to detect potential challenges and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
Documentation Management:
Maintain comprehensive records, including progress updates, financial reports, and project documentation.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a Site Operations Coordinator capacity, particularly within the residential construction sector.

  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and a degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel to various project locations.
