Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Work closely with clients to arrange funerals, planning every personalized detail and offering a range of services and products to meet their needs.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, providing support and guidance throughout the funeral planning process.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately manage administrative tasks, including preparing for client visits, managing client information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Training and Development: Willingness to train in Funeral Plan Consulting and support families in creating their bespoke funeral plans.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and administrative abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, to ensure strict adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
- Emotional Intelligence: Emotionally intelligent, taking pride in providing supportive customer care under sensitive circumstances.
