Subscription Growth Manager

Job Description:
The Sales Renewal Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the renewal and negotiation of subscription contracts. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and match our solutions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Renew and negotiate subscription contracts to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with New Business Sales Teams to identify up-sell opportunities
- Process renewal activities following defined processes and systems
- Accurately track and report renewal performance and retention data
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
