**Job Title:** Commercial Growth Manager
**Location:** Hull, United Kingdom (remote work options available)
**About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Manager to lead our European business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our existing and new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the material handling industry.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European markets, particularly in Scandinavian and Eastern European countries
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and drive growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and strategies
* Travel occasionally to Europe to attend conferences, meetings, and other business events
**Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the material handling industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
**Benefits:
