Sales Growth Manager - TradePoint

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team at B&Q St. Andrews Quay. As a Trade Sales Partner, you will be responsible for driving business growth for TradePoint while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the trade market and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trade members and store teams.
  • Collaborate with the stores to inspire, motivate and engage the wider store team to create a culture focused on identifying trade opportunities and meeting the needs of our trade members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license with over a year's driving experience.
