New Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Growth Manager to join our team at Edwards & Pearce.

About the Role

As a New Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial growth by winning new business and forging strong relationships with clients while building a healthy pipeline for future business.

The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales leads, collaborating with internal teams to develop sales meetings and proposals, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have an office hardware solutions background, selling traded products, and servicing existing accounts.

About the Candidate

Ideal skills and qualifications include a strong sales mentality, being collaborative both internally and externally, innovative in their approach, and demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail in a fast-moving, pressured environment.

A good knowledge of office hardware products is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales leads.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to develop sales meetings and proposals.
  3. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

£50,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
