**GlobalData Sales Role**

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Retention Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling renewals of data and license subscriptions to increase revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with customers, understanding their requirements, and matching solutions to meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Role

As a Customer Retention Executive, you will:

  • Be responsible for the renewal and negotiation of all subscription contracts
  • Work closely with New Business Sales Teams to ensure product up-sell opportunities are identified
  • Process subscription renewal activities following defined processes and systems
  • Accurately track and report renewal performance and retention data
  • Work with global teams to align processes, establish pricing guidelines, and achieve sales targets
