Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the way in customer engagement and retention. We are a forward-thinking company that has been at the forefront of electric vehicle adoption in the UK since 2009.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels to engage customers and reduce churn.
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that span the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and product adoption to re-engagement and renewal.
  • Utilise customer data to segment the audience and create personalised messaging that speaks to individual needs and behaviours.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise automated workflows to deliver personalised and timely communications based on customer behaviours, milestones, and triggers.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of CRM campaigns using A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.
