About the Role

The Senior CRM Executive will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing on the CRM roadmap. You will work closely with product and data teams to build automated journeys and execute bespoke multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
