Customer Journey Manager

The Senior CRM Executive will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing on the CRM roadmap. You will work closely with product and data teams to build automated journeys and execute bespoke multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and retention
- Manage and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
- An estimated salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
