The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Digital Experience Cloud sales team in the Middle East region. As an Industry Lead for the Financial Services Institutions (FSI) vertical, you'll be responsible for championing Adobe's presence across the region, driving strategic sales initiatives, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify, develop, and close business opportunities across large FSI accounts within the Middle East region
  • Drive the Adobe FSI proposition across the region, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with senior CXO-level executives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to reach and exceed sales quotas, both on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Maintain excellent SFDC hygiene and adhere to best practices in sales processes and procedures
  • Leverage the Partner ecosystem and be comfortable with an indirect/partner sales motion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working and selling in the Middle East region
  • An excellent sales track record selling Enterprise Software, ideally Digital Marketing Software, WEM, CMS, ECM, or CRM
  • Experience of overachieving sales quota of at least $2m annually and comfortable leading $1m+ deals
  • Strong understanding and experience working with the FSI vertical
  • Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CIOs, CMOs, & CTOs)
  • Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed and up to 50%
  • Relocation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the end of FY24

Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience
