We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Sales division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts.

About the Role

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, strategy, and how Banking Circle can support their growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and cultivating relationships with clients to understand their needs and strategy
  2. Identifying new opportunities to drive additional revenue and acting as a subject matter expert to clients
  3. Ensuring high-quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Creating account management plans and running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients
  5. Ability to understand and collate client business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders
  6. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal teams such as Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of account management experience within payments, banking, acquiring, or within the merchant division of a key financial services company.

You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. We also require the account manager to be fluent in German and/or French due to client demands.
