Account and Data Executive

Adyen is a leading financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. Our platform enables businesses to succeed in a rapidly changing payments landscape.
Account Management RoleWe are seeking a proactive and adaptable Account Manager to join our team in London. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers to deliver an outstanding customer experience, identify and drive commercial opportunities, and manage relationships with innovative international merchants.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives, leveraging internal support teams where relevant.
- 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or in the payments industry from a merchant side.
- Passionate about working on a wide portfolio of accounts and having the opportunity to learn about many aspects of the payments industry.
- Eager to challenge yourself to identify commercial opportunities and drive commercial discussions with customers.
- Strong time management skills and constantly looking for ways to work efficiently.
