Account and Data Executive

Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with high-growth enterprise clients, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Account Growth: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, growth strategies, and product propositions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Account Planning: Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews, sharing account performance metrics and providing expert consultation to drive client success.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data tools like Excel and Looker to uncover trends in account performance and provide recommendations to improve authorization rates.
- At least 4+ years of experience in account management or service management within the eCommerce/digital payments industry.
- Proven experience growing accounts (revenue and retention).
- Deep knowledge of Excel and other data tools.
- Strong project focus and experience deploying large-scale payments integrations.
- Natural curiosity and ability to understand clients' strategies and motivations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to drive efficient adoption and activation of services.
