About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Data Executive to join our team at Modulr, the fastest growing payments business in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a vital role in retaining and growing our existing client base, developing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Modulr services.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure clients are fully connected with Modulr teams, products, and service developments.
  • Monitor commercial performance of each account within the assigned portfolio, tracking transaction and usage trends.
  • Negotiate pricing discussions and debt collections to ensure optimal revenue outcomes.
