Job Overview: Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team at TransPerfect. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure long-term success and growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a strategic account executive role
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools
